Baynes, a ’79 graduate, is chief executive office and founder of the A.J. Baynes Group. He joined the Buffalo State College Foundation Board of Directors in June 2007 and co-chaired the 2008 Foundation Scholarship Gala. He is also co-chair of the foundation board’s Development Committee, and serves as a member of the Executive Committee.
Baynes is a member of the Roswell Park Cancer Institute Community Advisory Board. From 2006 to 2008, he chaired the Erie County Fiscal Stability Authority. His dedication to the community has been recognized by many awards.
