Anthony J. Baynes of Amherst, NY has been appointed to the Buffalo State College Foundation Board, his alma mater. He is chairman of the Erie County Fiscal Stability Authority and also chairs the A.J. Baynes Group, encompassing Extra Mile Transportation, LLC; A.J. Baynes Freight Contractors, Ltd.; and Evolution Development, LLC.
